Intake /Assessment - Provides information, screening and placement services for individuals requesting assistance from Fresh Attitude or any Lucas county Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services funded agencies. Each individual treatment needs is assessed and matched to a level of care appropriate to effectively treat his/her addiction.

Group Counseling - Allows individuals to interact with other clients while examining substance abuse issues. Topics covered include: Disease concept, 12-step recovery programs, family life, relationships, sexuality.

INFORMATION REQUEST  FORM -

Individual Counseling - Allows individuals an opportunity to meet individually with a counselor to address specific needs and issues.

CASE MANAGEMENT - a case manager is assigned to each individual to assure all of their treatment and non treatment needs are met. Case Managers will assist the individual develop skills in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other needed services outside of Fresh Attitude through participation in Life Skills Workshops.

Crisis Intervention - Individualized services in response to crisis or emergency situations.
